That’s what it takes to be a MAF Man!

We’re so thankful to long-time MAF supporter, Colin Buchanan for generously providing his time and prodigious musical talent to record a special song for MAF Father’s Day, ‘That’s what it takes to be a MAF Man!’

The song is available for you to share with your friends, community group or congregation and any funds raised will go to supporting the work of MAF Australia.

If you love the song so much that you want to perform it in your church or play along at home, you can download the sheet music here and make it your own!

It’s what’s inside that makes the difference

This humble jerrycan carries one of our most precious resources: fuel. That’s why we need your help today.

When the equivalent of one full jerrycan (just $50) gets poured into our aircraft, we are fuelled for around 20 minutes of flying. For isolated communities, it replaces days of travel on foot. These short flights have saved many lives.

With your gift of fuel for Father’s Day you can be a part of this life-saving ministry.

For 75 years, MAF has been serving isolated people by using aircraft to bring in the essentials of life as well as medical care, emergency food, and Christian hope.

Our purpose is to deliver practical and spiritual care to people in places of deepest human need. Every five minutes, an MAF plane takes off or lands somewhere in the world. These flights enable crucial work by many aid and development agencies, missions, local churches and other national groups. MAF is serving the Church and communities in remote areas where flying is not a luxury, but a lifeline.
